Delivery Information

DELIVERY OF UK ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are received, however some orders may be dispatched the next working day. We always use a three day signed for delivery service (three working days) with Royal Mail for shipping our UK orders. We cannot be held liable in any way if the delivery company is responsible for any delays. Please note that when an order has been dispatched, a confirmation' email is sent to the customer's email address containing your tracking number if applicable. The purpose of this email is to alert customers of imminent delivery so that they can make arrangements to receive the parcel.

If by chance you are not able to receive your order, the delivery driver will normally 'card' your property with details of how to pick the parcel up from the delivery company's local depot. The delivery company may charge us for redelivery if you are unable to visit the depot, in which case we reserve the right to ask you to pay the redelivery charge before it is arranged.

We can arrange for next day delivery but it will be at a higher charge then for the three day service, but it is available for those customers needing items ordered sooner.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

For international delivery orders, once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

In some locations, International Standard may not be available and you will need to select International Express as your delivery option.

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
